Filter by `Code` rather than by country name.\n- OWID republishes other sources (World Bank PIP, IHME, WHO). Cite the upstream source named in the chart's metadata as well as OWID.\n\n## OECD\n\n- The OECD Data Explorer exposes SDMX endpoints; CSV is easiest: request the dataflow with `format=csvfilewithlabels`.\n- Education spending shares and early-years indicators live in the Education at a Glance dataflows. Vintages lag one to two years.\n- Values are often shares as percentages; check the `UNIT_MEASURE` column before rounding.\n\n## IHME (Global Burden of Disease)\n\n- The GBD Results tool at [vizhub.healthdata.org/gbd-results](https://vizhub.healthdata.org/gbd-results/) requires selecting cause, measure, metric, location, age, sex, and year, then exporting CSV. Direct URL export is not stable; record your selections.\n- Distinguish `Number`, `Rate` (per 100,000), and `Percent` metrics. Most two-decimal questions want the rate.\n\n## Rounding\n\nWhen a task says \"two decimal places\", round half up from the full-precision value, not from a value already rounded in a dashboard.
