Map 5-7 opportunities (prioritize by market size and alignment)\n4. Flag 5-7 threats (assess probability and impact)\n5. Cross-reference analysis for strategic insights:\n   - How do we leverage strengths to capture opportunities?\n   - How do we shore up weaknesses to mitigate threats?\n   - Which opportunities can overcome weaknesses?\n   - Which threats could exploit weaknesses?\n6. Develop 3-5 strategic recommendations\n7. Prioritize actions and owners\n8.
